The Broward College Insect Collection (BROW-BCIC)

The focus of the Broward College Insect Collection is to house and make available arthropod collections focused on South Florida and the greater Everglades ecosystems. Established in 2017 it began with about 30,000 specimens from the faculty’s personal/research collections and historic student/teaching collections of the college. Donations and student survey projects currently feed the collection.
