Utah Department of Agriculture and Food Entomology Collection (UDAF-UDAFE)The entomology collection at the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food is located in Salt Lake City. Specimens are collected from all over the state but a majority is from the Great Basin area. There are several thousand specimens in the collection with emphasis placed on insects significant to the future of agriculture in Utah, such as bark beetles, Japanese beetles and gypsy moths.
