Orthoptera DNA Tissue Collection (TAMU-SongLab)

The Orthoptera DNA Tissue Collection is a part of the Texas A&M University Insect Collection that has resulted from long-term research on Orthoptera biodiversity by Dr. Hojun Song. Currently, the collections include nearly 10,000 DNA-grade whole-body specimens preserved in 100% ethanol and stored in -20 degree freezers.
